How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Average delivery after processing takes 6-12 busineess days. Sometimes, but very rarely there can be a delay that is beyond our control. The longest you would wait in this rare situation would be 16-20 business days (you would be notified. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders must be received prior to 4pm MST friday, otherwise they will be processed on the following monday. We can make an occasional exception depending on the circumstances. (send us email with explanation.) Example: birthday, anniversary etc.

Can I get a refund?
You may get a refund if item is out of stock, or arrives damaged or defective. A refund will not be issued if it is damaged by the customer. However, most items have a warranty and you may contact the manufacturer to get a resolution. You can email us and explain the problem and if it's deemed appropriate, we will have you send the item to us with a written notice of problem and we will refund or exchange for same or equivelant product.

Do your items have warrantees?
Yes. Most, if not all items carry a warranty ranging anywhere from 30 days to 2 years depending on manufacturer and item.

Of course! Once this becomes available to us, we will forward it along to you.

What are your purchasing limits?
One thing we do request is that if you are ordering in bulk, you give us a business week advance (by email) so we can ensure we have what you want. Also, please be aware that orders placed on friday after 4 pm MST will not be processed until the following monday. We do not process orders on sat, sun, or holidays. Sometimes we can make an exception, (excluding holidays) if contacted by email with the reason.

Do you have faster shipping?
Yes, we do have UPS Ground Service, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air. However we prefer using UPS Ground Service as it is ALOT cheaper and is just as efficient. If you prefer a faster service, please send us an email and we'll adjust the price rate and give you quote before you purchase the item.
